Drug & Alcohol Rehab Admissions

Our Admissions Process

Getting started with addiction treatment doesn’t have to be difficult. Our admissions team makes the process fast
and easy, allowing you to get the help you deserve as quickly as possible.

Speak with an admissions counselor

Our compassionate team of admissions counselors is available 24 hours a day via phone or chat. The team consists of highly trained addiction specialists who understand what you’re going through and how to get you to the place you want to be. Many of our admissions counselors have experienced addiction themselves or love someone who has, so they are uniquely qualified to help you find the treatment solution you need.

During your initial phone call, you will answer a series of screening questions. Your answers will help our admissions team determine which addiction treatment program is right for you.

1

Verify your insurance coverage

We understand that finances are a major barrier that stops people from seeking treatment, so the second step involves helping you figure out how to pay for rehab. If you have insurance, your treatment may be covered under your benefits. Our admissions counselors will collect your insurance information, verify your benefits, and help you understand what may or may not be covered. If you don’t have insurance, we will discuss your other payment options, such as financing, payment plans, and sliding-scale fees.

2

Traveling for rehab and arriving at the facility

Once you’ve determined where you’re going to rehab and how you’re going to pay for it, our admissions team will help you coordinate plans for travel. If you have to travel out of state, we’ll help you secure plane tickets and arrange transportation from the airport to one of our facilities.

After arriving at the facility, you will be asked to sign consent forms, consent to a baggage and personal items search, and possibly take a drug test.

3

In-depth evaluation to craft your custom treatment plan

Everyone comes to rehab with their own needs and goals, so upon admission, our clinical team will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your physical, mental, and emotional health to determine what services and programs will benefit you the most. Based on your initial final assessments, we will create an individually-tailored treatment plan according to your needs. We will also match you with a case manager, primary therapist, and psychiatrist. Using evidence-based treatment and an individualized approach, we help you pave the way for long-term sobriety.
